Reservation details

We are open all year.

Prices range from £405 to £905 per week.

Heating and electricity included in price.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

The cottage is available from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am.

Off Season short breaks available (3 night minimum stay).

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay will be required on booking.

Balance due 4 weeks before arrival date.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. If printing & posting the PDF booking form – Please telephone or email to confirm availability of your chosen dates.
  2. If submitting our online booking form form – We will telephone or email you to confirm availability of your chosen dates, arrange payment and finalise details.
  3. We have accepted bookings only when we send your written confirmation.
  4. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the hire fee is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
  5. The cottage is available from 4.00pm and should be vacated by 10.00am.
  6. Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
  7. A No Smoking Policy applies inside the cottage.
  8. Only those persons named on the booking form may use/sleep in the cottage.
  9. The cottage must be left in a clean and reasonable condition and all breakages should be reported and paid for.
  10. We do not accept pets.
  11. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to visitorís property or for any injury sustained during their stay. It is the responsibility of the visitors to apply reasonable security to the cottage when it has been unattended for days out ie close and lock windows and doors.
  12. A booking is a legally binding contract. Accommodation cancelled may be charged for, if we are unable re-let. We would therefore strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
